Jamestown Parks and Recreation is hosting community bike ride tonight at Nickeus Park.
The ride is led by the Jamestown Bike Riders Advocacy Group. Check-in and bike checkout begin at 6:45 p.m., with the ride running from 7 to 7:45.
The rides are open to all ages, with short and long route options available. Bikes and helmets are available through the Community Bike Fleet, and helmets are required for all riders.
Parks and Rec officials say each ride includes door prize drawings. Riders can also enter for a grand prize drawing at the end of the season.
More community bike rides are scheduled on July 14 at Meidinger Park and August 9 at the Bunker.
