ORIGINAL STORY: A semi overturned near Valley City this afternoon, and there appears to be a confounding factor to this situation: millions of bees.

KSJB’s Sydney Tarno reports that a semi hauling what appears to be many beehives overturned near an I-94 exit to Valley City. The hives spilled off the trailer, releasing a giant swarm of bees. Law enforcement is on the scene as of 4:15 p.m.

This is a developing story; KSJB will provide updates when available.
