A Fargo man is facing federal charges after a June shooting. Amire Logan was arrested in June after the shooting death of Zion Brooks outside of a south Fargo apartment complex. Law enforcement allegedly found two pistols, two shotguns, a rifle, and ammunition with Logan after his arrest. One gun has the serial number filed down. State charges were dropped against Logan, but he now faces four federal charges that carry up to 15 years in prison on conviction. Logan is being held in the Cass County Jail.
