The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports that a fatal crash occurred near Jamestown on Sunday. A 1998 Chevrolet S10 was driving eastbound on I-94, approximately two miles west of Jamestown, when at 6:38 p.m., the vehicle veered off the roadway and hit the median, then corrected back onto the interstate. However, the driver overcorrected and ran off the roadway again, losing control and overturning in the median. The driver, a 48-year-old man from Bismarck, died at the scene. The other passengers, a 30-year-old woman from Bismarck and three juveniles, sustained injuries. The woman and two juveniles were airlifted to Sanford Health-Fargo. Nobody in the vehicle was wearing a seatbelt.
