More than 100 workers at Cass-Clay Creamery in Fargo have authorized a possible strike as contract talks continue.
Teamsters Local 120 says members are seeking higher wages, improved health coverage, a pension and stronger workplace protections from Dairy Farmers of America.
The vote allows union leaders to call a walkout if negotiations fail.
Cass-Clay Creamery produces milk and other dairy products distributed across North Dakota and the region.
