The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the victim of a fatal rollover crash that occurred in Bowman County over the weekend.
Nineteen-year-old Jaxon Jungwirth of Pierre, South Dakota, died Sunday evening after his pickup truck left the roadway, overcorrected, and rolled into a ditch just south of Rhame. Authorities state that Jungwirth was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and sustained fatal injuries.
The incident remains under active investigation by the Highway Patrol.
