Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) has achieved a rare triple-recognition for its patient care, securing 2026 Women’s Choice Awards in three critical categories: Obstetrics, Emergency Care, and ER Wait Time and Efficiency.
The awards, which are based on a combination of clinical performance data and patient satisfaction surveys, place JRMC among the top-performing hospitals in the nation for the female healthcare experience, per the press release. JRMC qualified for the top 9% in the country for Obstetrics by demonstrating low rates of early elective deliveries and high patient recommendation scores from new mothers. JRMC received a “Top 1%” ranking in Emergency Care, which signifies that JRMC consistently outperforms national averages for the total time patients spend in the ER and the percentage of patients who leave without being seen.

JRMC’s obstetrics program ranked in the top 9% in the nation.
Trisha Jungels, JRMC Chief Nursing Officer, stated that the awards are a reflection of the “dedication, compassion, and teamwork” shown by the medical staff every day. “This recognition provides reassurance that exceptional, patient-centered care is available close to home when it matters most,” Jungels said.
